Town of Paris | Sauquoit, NY

• Highway Maintenance Facility - Design of a 10,000 sf heated Maintenance Facility including department offices, employee break rooms, part & supply storage, truck & equipment storage, and maintenance bays with (1) Vehicle lift. Site design included onsite fuel storage. 

• Sand & Salt Storage Dome Reconstruction

R.B. Humphreys | Westmoreland, NY

Architectural & Site design of a 12,000 sf Trucking Terminal on a 33 acre site. This facility serves as a trucking operating center with fuel storage, waste oil storage, waste oil boiler, loading docks, temporary & tool storage, offices, drive-thru maintenance bays. The site includes on-site septic & well, storm water retention, and parking for 45 tractors & 75 trailers.

Nolt's Country Store | Lowville, NY

SMSA provided Site, Architectural, Structural, & Limited MEP Design of a 36' x 42' cold storage building for the storage of fruits & vegetables with a walk-in cooler.

Otsego County | Cooperstown, NY

SMSA completed the Architectural Building Design for the Community Center Building of the Tiny Homes Community Project in Otsego County. The mission of this project is to reduce recurring homeless, by providing personal private houses that allow individuals to live in dignity in a safe environment. The Community Center Building is an asset to the Tiny Homes to provide supplemental support and resources to the individuals, such as workshops to build skills and counseling services.

Tire Sales & Service | Clayville, NY

Re-use of existing building’s included a Change of Occupancy with minor renovations from storage to a Tire Service Shop. Completed work included:
