This 30' x 40' Carriage house addition provided an extension to the existing residence. The design included a three-stall garage, connected to the existing entry of the residence, as well as a private entrance to the second floor of the carriage house living space.
Custom Designed 3,700 sf Private Residence with In-Law Apartment attached.
An 1,800 sf custom designed residence designed for the site grades and views with energy efficient construction techniques.
SMSA has provided a variety of Architectural & Site design services, including additions to existing residences, drainage, boathouse reconstruction, and accessibility improvements.
Structurally supported and divided into 8 sections, SMSA worked together with the contractor, Mike Harvey to design and execute a plan to move this 100-year-old family residence to a new location. A new foundation was designed and constructed to place the existing residence on. The original stonework was salvaged and restored on the foundation & fireplace.
