Multiple phases of renovations and energy efficient upgrades. Phase I included the renovation of the guest rooms, improving the egress for fire protection and updating the energy efficiency of the building envelope. Phase II of the project demolished the existing Annex building and provided a drive through drop of with a new wrap around porch and main entrance. Phase III of construction renovated the 2nd Floor staff room into guests rooms.
