SMSA provided Architectural Design services for the subdivision of a parcel of land on Oneida Lake, as well as basic design services with additional services of site design and interior design renderings for the homeowner. The design included a single-story home with a walk out basement to the lake front, as well as an attached three stall garage with attic storage room above.
