As a Registered Architect & former General Contractor, Michael has acquired extensive design and construction experience. He desires to utilize this experience toward improvement of project delivery systems. Years of experience in projects of all types has honed Michael's knowledge of the NYSED regulations, the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code, and the Accessibility Guidelines. He excels in the ability to deal with large group teams and believes stringent schedules & diligent work ethic are keys to his many successful projects.

Melinda joined SMSA in 2014 as an Architectural Intern, and has since been a crucial part of its eminent growth. Her passion for the culture of the Architectural Profession has been profoundly illustrated in her successful path towards licensure, as well as community engagement and volunteerism.
