The Client's first and foremost concern for their project was to hire a highly qualified professional to provide them will full design services, from site selection through final design and construction administration. Our proposal included providing site, civil, architectural, structural, and MEP design services. Professional services also included walking the 77-acre site to establish the driveway location, building site, and orientation of the proposed residence. The client also desired design services to include consistent coordination with the contractor to oversee scope, budget, and construction detail.
